What is the Need of Taking Cialis?

We used to think that men’s health is only in matters of urology and andrology, but this is far from an incomplete list of areas of medicine that deal with men’s problems.

Starting with 30 years, the male body begins to reduce the level of the male hormone testosterone. Just at this time, the man feels problems in bed, experiences weak erection especially when drinking alcohol. Lack of testosterone begins to manifest itself in almost all spheres and organs. This hormone is responsible not only for the sexual sphere of a man but is a regulator of mood. There is not enough testosterone – there appear attacks of pessimism, mood decline and depression.

Often, the male half is used to thinking that this is an independent consequence of age and aging, but this is a great misconception. But erectile function decreases completely for a different reason: because of vascular pathology when the vessels cannot pass through themselves enough blood to create a strong erection. The main changes from the lack of testosterone begin to occur usually in the following human organs: cardiovascular, genitourinary, central nervous and musculoskeletal systems. The appearance of coronary heart disease suggests that this is the first stage of malfunction in the vascular circulation, both in the pelvic organs, and the cardiovascular system and other especially important vessels. Unfortunately, men ignore this problem, from which they are referred to doctors already during the late stage, which is difficult to treat.

Cialis is one of the most highly appreciated drugs used to cope with erectile dysfunction.

Originally branded tablets, Cialis are manufactured in a diamond-shaped form. They are painted in a pale yellow color with a risk on one side and the abbreviation “C 5, or 10, or 20”  on the other.

The active substance of Cialis is Tadalafil.

Pharmacologic Effect

The active substance of the preparation Cialis refers to compounds that improve erectile function by reversible selective inhibition of specific PDE-5 enzymes followed by the release of cGMP.

Tadalafil, when penetrating into the vascular structures of the cavernous bodies of the male sexual organ, increase the concentration of free molecules of nitric oxide. Cialis tablets are recommended for use in severe erectile dysfunction due to psychological or physiological malfunctions. Also, they can be taken on course if symptoms of lower urinary tract dysfunction appear and benign prostatic hyperplasia.
